  • Role Overview:
  • The Medicare Broker Relations Manager drives broker channel growth and ensures sales success.

This position is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with independent brokers and general agencies, while ensuring full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state, and internal regulations. This highly collaborative role focuses on strategic broker recruitment, engagement, and performance optimization to support overall Medicare sales objectives.

  • Work Arrangement:
  • + Remote – Associate can work remotely anywhere in Pennsylvania.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Develop and implement highly targeted sales tactics to enhance market presence and maximize broker-driven enrollment growth.

+ Manage and optimize independent broker partnerships to meet health plan enrollment objectives. + Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers, ensuring the completion of the contracting, certification, and training processes. + Maintain broker adherence to CMS, state, and company policies, and execute corrective actions, as necessary. + Manage and optimize independent broker partnerships to meet health plan enrollment objectives. + Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and local coverage, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance strategies. + Develop and evaluate broker activity, ensuring goal achievement, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. + Lead in-person and webinar-based broker training, recertification, and testing to drive expertise and engagement. + Utilize marketing technology, analytics, and CRM tools to enhance lead generation and performance tracking. + Support broker retention, engagement, and field sales initiatives through multi-channel communication methods (in-person, telephonic, written).

  • Education & Experience:
  • + A high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.; ;; + A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.; + 5 or more years of sales and/or broker sales experience in the Medicare industry. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
  • Licensure:
  • + Active Insurance Producer License (Health & Life) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • + Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
