Program Coordinator 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Philadelphia, PA 19103 We are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of [Organization/Program Name]’s community-focused initiatives. This role will assist in coordinating volunteer efforts, managing schedules and documentation, supporting program implementation, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

PRIMARILY REMOTE Pay:

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes. Maintain organized digital records and assist with the upkeep of shared drives and project files. Support the development of program materials, presentations, and internal/external communications. Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and communication for program volunteers. Track and support the implementation of program workflows and protocols across multiple initiatives. Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and tasks, escalating issues as necessary. Collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure follow-through on priority actions. Distribute outreach and marketing materials to promote awareness of program offerings. Follow up on assigned tasks and support project coordination across multiple streams. Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth program operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or project assistance—preferably in a healthcare, public health, or nonprofit environment. Key Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and collaborative interpersonal style. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and cloud-based file sharing tools (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.). Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks. Interest in or familiarity with social determinants of health, community engagement, or health equity work. LA123
