Program Manager, Learning and Tutoring Center Student Success Programs, Learning and Tutoring Center Campus:

Decatur The Program Manager for the Learning and Tutoring Center is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the campus LTC. The Program Manager reports to the Associate Director of Student Success for Academic Support and Outreach to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and supervision of the LTC as a resource for the diverse student population of GSU Perimeter College. The Program Manager for the LTC will supervise full and part-time personnel and provide leadership in creating innovative methods to meet student’s needs. The position entails a broad range of supervisory and administrative tasks at the campus LTC and collaboratively with all LTC admin staff. The Program Manager is responsible for policy and procedure development; planning and budgeting; staffing; marketing; research and presentation; and interfacing with administration, colleagues, students, faculty, staff and the community.

Qualifications:
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Master’s degree and five years of related experience including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:

A minimum of three (3) years of full-time (or equivalent) work experience in a tutoring center or a minimum of three (3) years of full-time (or equivalent) teaching experience at the college level is required. A minimum of two (2) years of managerial or supervisory experience is required.
