Programmer Coordinator All’s Well Philadelphia, PA Job Details Temporary 23 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Healthcare Administration Mid-level Microsoft Office Administrative experience Bachelor’s degree Public Health Public health Social Work 2 years Communication skills Time management Full Job Description the Temporary Program Coordinator will support operational and administrative tasks related to social accountability initiatives, including the Social Needs Response Team (SNRT) and Food Access Support Technology (FAST). This individual will assist with scheduling, documentation, coordination of volunteers, and basic project support functions to help address social needs of Penn Medicine patients and promote community engagement. Key Responsibilities Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare agendas and meeting notes. Maintain organized records and manage CHEA’s shared drive and files. Assist in preparing materials for presentations, communications, and reports. Support the onboarding and coordination of SNRT volunteers, including facilitating communications and scheduling weekly huddles. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or project assistance, preferably in a healthcare, public health, or nonprofit setting. Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with comfort interacting professionally with staff, volunteers, and community members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and shared file platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or similar). Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow through on tasks. Familiarity with or interest in health equity, social determinants of health, or community-based initiatives.
