Job Description Responsible for completion of deliverables and on-time deliveryProvide leadership and proactive project management for assigned program activities, ensuring program commitments are met, including achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
With respect to production, proactively working with the Value Stream for management of material and manufacturing of hardware including final processing, shipment and delivery planning and coordination, and quality and export reviewsCollaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and supporting functional resources to deliver program requirementsPartners with project controls to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manages program team’s performance to the IMSDevelops, creates, and reports on key program metrics including on-time delivery, material forecasts, hardware production and delivery forecasts, resource allocation, and performance to labor and material budgetsIdentifies and assesses performance gaps to customer expectations or program objectives, develops and initiates improvement plans to close the gaps, and utilizes metrics to verify performance to planSupports recurring status meetings with the program team and customer and program review meetings with business and customer leadershipHosts customer meetings at the York factory including coordinating visits with export and security functionsPresents new business opportunities to leadership and leads capture activities including proposal developmentRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalent experienceExperience in Manufacturing/ProductionStrong customer focus and relationship building skillsStrong communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Team/Cross-functional LeadershipAbility to initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to operate independently and proactivelyPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Professional Certifications (PMP)Experience in Operational Excellence (OE)Experience in Control Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$133333 – $226667Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
