Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday-FridayEarn $24.04/hourPosition DetailsThe Program Coordinator supports the Program Director in overseeing daily operations at the Extended Acute Care (EAC) facility. This role ensures effective staff support, training compliance, and program development, while maintaining high standards of care and organizational efficiency.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support psychiatric technicians in their daily duties and provide coverage support as neededCoordinate and conduct new hire on-boarding and orientationTrack and ensure completion of annual training requirementsManage staff schedules, shift coverage, and time-off requestsSupport staff development through ongoing education and trainingParticipate in the hiring process and monitor credentialing progressPrepare for site visits and audits, ensuring training records are currentContribute to Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) effortsParticipate in the admin-on-call rotationBenefitsMerakey offers generous benefits that promote well-being, financial security, and work-life balance, including:
