Social Rehab Specialist Social Rehab Specialist Part-time
Hanover, PA Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience
Hours:
8:00 AM- 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, days are flexible NO Nights, Weekends, or Holidays!

AT&T Phone Discount Job Duties:
Ability to communicate professionally, develop rapport, show empathy, offer listening support, and able to apply de-escalation techniques.
Ability to develop treatment goal plans.
Ability to facilitate a group of 15 individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
Ability to research and create 40-minute lesson plans for groups around mental health, physical wellbeing, socialization and leisure topics. Lesson plans should have client interaction built in. Time management skills and ability to complete necessary administrative tasks
Ability to transport individuals on outings in a 15-passenger van.
Education/Experience/Clearances:
Combination of experience and/or education equivalent to an Associate’s Degree in a human service field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
State Police Clearance required
Able to use electronic medical records/computer knowledge
