Novant Health Urgent Cares is currently looking for a Corporate Health & Wellness (CHW) Support Specialist is the administrative support of the department.. The primary role of the Corporate Health & Wellness (CHW) Support Specialist is the administrative support of the department. He/ She works closely with the Corporate Health & Wellness Regional Supervisors and CHW Program Assistants to ensure tasks are completed for successful onsite services. The CHW Support Specialist plays an essential role in contributing to projects related to event implementation and reporting, event planning and coordination, business development, and process improvement. In addition, they will contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and support various events for the Corporate Health & Wellness team on an as-needed basis.
Essential Functions:
Functions within administrative and operational aspects of CHW events and services. Assists team members in planning and preparing for onsite services, and completing post-event tasks. Works in conjunction with CHW Program Assistants to ensure the following tasks are completed: Pre-event tasks including but not limited to registration, paperwork, packing supplies Monitoring and administrating appointment system Post event tasks including but not limited to scanning, billing, and restocking supplies Maintains patient and client communications, including incoming phone calls and emails in the CHW inbox. Ensures all information is entered correctly into billing and EMR systems for each onsite event. Assists in maintaining inventory/supplies, including organization, cleanliness, and quality/compliance of storage areas/items. Assist in generating/compiling aggregate reports and biometric reports and ensures that they are submitted to employers and/or insurance companies in a timely manner. May participate in administrative duties at onsite events, requiring occasional travel with the CHW team within the state of SC. Works closely with CHW Regional Supervisors and other CHW team members to ensure adherence to contracts. Assists with marketing and business development efforts as needed. Participates in the execution of CHW goals and objectives. Assists CHW Regional Supervisors/other team members with various tasks and projects as needed Complies with

requirements and adheres to company policies and department guidelines Do You Have What It Takes?
