Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
• Supervise and train BHTs, clinical staff, and sober living personnel.
• Develop and implement policies for program effectiveness and compliance.
• Address and resolve conflicts among staff, clients, and departments.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, referral sources, and community partners.

Working hours:

8:00 AM
