- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Supervise and train BHTs, clinical staff, and sober living personnel.
- Develop and implement policies for program effectiveness and compliance.
- Address and resolve conflicts among staff, clients, and departments.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, referral sources, and community partners.
