Job Responsibilities
With our Agency’s mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at: Greater Greenville Mental Health Center 124 Mallard Street
Greenville, SC 29601
- Oversees all operations of the CAF Outpatient Program of the Greenville Clinic, to include DSS, MDFT, Early Intervention.
- Provides individual assessment, therapy, family and group services of a complex nature, and provides therapeutic support and socialization group activities for children, adolescents, and their families.
- Completes employee performance management system (EPMS) for employees under direct supervision according the SCDMH employee performance management system policies to develop staff leadership within CAF clinical programs of the Greenville Clinic to ensure cross program communication to better client care.
- Coordinates and trains all Greenville Clinic staff for children, adolescents, and adult services in DLA 20 measurement tool. Provides DLA 20 to all Greenville office stationed new employees.
- Adheres to all Corporate Compliance, Outcome Evaluation, Research and Continuity of Care Policies and procedures.
Maintains documentation of clinical services in accordance with State/Center/Quality Assurance standards. Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and relevant program experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences, or a related field.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
