Job Description

Responsibilities Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to the engagement of contingent labor workforce Engage with business stakeholders and interface with direct sourcing team and vendors to support contingent labor needs Ensure workflow and documentation are executed – identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action items Guide engagement teams and managers in the process of requisitioning contractors Coordinate all contractor onboarding and offboarding with detailed and clear communication to managers, vendors, IT, and other internal departments Ensure compliance with policy and applicable laws and regulations Requirements Minimum 5 years of highly detailed vendor and/or contractor management experience Experience in a highly matrixed, enterprise level organization Prior experience working with VMS related systems with Beeline experience being required Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, especially top leadership Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
