Job Description

Overview The Squires Group is partnering with a well-established utility services organization to identify a very senior-level Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative. This high-impact role will focus on delivering strategic and operational excellence across enterprise asset management platforms and processes, supporting reliability and modernization efforts across multiple utility sites in the Southeastern U.S. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong domain expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex, multi-location programs. Travel to client sites across the region is required. Responsibilities Serve as the program lead for EAM transformation initiatives within the utility sector. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multi-site deployments of EAM solutions (Maximo, Infor, or equivalent). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, field teams, and vendor partners. Establish and track program milestones, budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs. Identify and mitigate risks across workstreams and ensure regulatory and operational alignment. Guide change management, organizational readiness, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Provide executive-level reporting and communication to internal and external leadership teams. Ensure alignment with industry standards and utility best practices for asset lifecycle management. Qualifications 12+ years of progressive experience in program/project management with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management . Deep experience in the utility industry , particularly power, water, or gas sectors. Proven history of leading complex, multi-year, multi-site EAM implementations . Strong knowledge of systems such as IBM Maximo, Infor

EAM, SAP PM

, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability and willingness to travel regionally (estimated 50-75%) to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
