This position is located in Facilities Management and Resources, Statewide.
Are you the One? We are looking for a Facilities Program Coordinator, who will under the direct supervision of the Facilities Management and Resources (FMR) Program Manager. The Facilities Program Coordinator serves as the support to Agency offices while ensuring compliance with building issues, assessing needs and possible improvements. Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with internal and external constituents. Maintains both the highest level of professionalism and strictest confidentiality of information.
Assist the Program Manager in evaluating the needs of county offices, to include: Meeting with office Supervisors and County Officials, provide recommendations on office designs, conduct outside/inside building assessments, identify safety related issues and assess furniture.
Assist the Program Manager in maintaining agency leases. Assist with the submission of Request for Space. Review Agency leases prior to signature. Maintain signed Agency lease files and supporting documents. Maintain active lease roster. Creates and maintains site assessment reports and site assessment updates. Distributes reports to Facilities Management and Resources Program Manager and senior staff as directed. Upload reports to shared computer drives. Assist the Program Manager in coordinating various agency projects to include: scheduling internal meetings, assist with providing input on Scopes of Work, works closely with Procurement with scheduling contractor site visits, assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and assist with contractor site inspections. Performs other duties as assigned or required by supervisor.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and relevant professional program experience in social service programs, business administration, general administrative management or relevant program experience.
Additional Requirements:
Sitting or standing for long periods of time.
Overtime and/or weekend work with Deputy approval.
Lifting requirements: 20 lbs.
Extensive knowledge of human services programs.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the area of employment. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively.
