Full-Time | In-Office | Benefits Eligible We’re seeking an organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key programs within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping details on track while working with a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programs and projects
• Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and participants
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure program goals are met
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support program activities
• Schedule meetings, organize events, and maintain documentation and records
• Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
