The coordinator supervises and schedules staff and ensures excellent care for clients with a wide range of special needs. Our program participants live in their own homes, so the coordinator will be supervising multiple sites. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity that requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of the services to people with disabilities, high reliability, excellent organizational skills and a calm, rational approach.
Requirements:
