Job Duties:
The CWS Program Coordinator II primary responsible is project management, coordinating and monitoring implementation of new practice under Child Welfare. and embedding Guiding Principles and Standards (GPS) in practice.
Provides project management and project development to projects assigned to Operation Office. Provides CQI of projects under Operation Team.
Collaborates with policy team and division leads to create implementation plans of new policies and practice standards to create sustainability life cycle. Monitors data and feedback loop to address barriers to implementation of policy and practice.
Develops implementation plans, determines priorities, standards and methods for evaluating new policies and practice activities and outcomes.
Serve as a channel of communication to receive and direct program updates, trends and/or concerns to internal and eternal partners; providing technical assistance and appropriate resource to resolution.
Identifies and/or develop applicable resources, tools, and trainings that will assist with building system capacity to promote fidelity and sustainability of practice model, new policies and/or key strategies.
Understands and exercise data security and confidentiality in the transfer, disclosure and management of all client and employee personal information.
May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of those specific projects.
Performs other job-related duties as requested or required, such as Shelter Duty.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional experience in social services programs, correctional, education, business administration, general administrative management, or relevant program experience. Prefer child welfare experience.
A Master’s Degree and one (1) year of professional experience in social services programs, correctional, education, business administration, general administrative management or relevant program experience Additional Comments
