SC Solar for All Solar Innovation Fund (SIF) Manager will supervise the day-to-day administrative activities of, and direct and manage the statewide initiatives and efforts within, the
SCSFA SIF
Grant Program. Will work with the contracted Program Period Facilitator to develop and establish funding priorities and strategies for implementation within the SIF Grant Program.
In this position the incumbent will oversee the sub-grant award process for SIF Grant Program projects approved for funding, to include coordination of the development/production of training materials for the Project Management course, the Grant Solicitation Workshop(s), and other technical training as needed. Supervise the SIF Coordinators in the implementation of the fund’s grant activities. Prepare applicable components of required reporting as needed for compliance for the SCSFA Grant and will submit these documents to the Reporting Coordinator and SCSFA Program Manager for their review. Work with the contracted Program Period Facilitator and Project Deployment and Technical Assistance consultants to develop and refine the SIF grant program. The manager will work closely with the SCSFA financial staff to monitor all expenditures for the SIF Grant Program to ensure that funds are available, costs are allowable, and that grant funds are expended in a timely fashion for the purpose for which they were intended. Finally, the SIF Manager will serve as a member of the SCSFA management team, and will recommend and upon approval, implement policy and procedural changes related to the management and administration of the Solar Innovation Fund Grant Program.
