Position Description Advertised Job Summary The daytime Admissions Call Center (ACC) consists of students who answer iing phone calls to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Students are responsible for providing basic to intermediate admissions information, answering general questions and transferring callers to individuals throughout the Admissions office. The Call Center staff work in an interactive, high-energy, team-oriented environment. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to): assisting with iing admissions emails, mailings, making outgoing calls, letter writing, and entering inquiry data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in the Admissions Call Center as a student employee Knowledge of the college admissions process and CRM experience.
