Retention Coordinator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 506 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150 Job Responsibilities Serves as the College’s Retention Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive retention program. Obtains institutional data to identify target groups for strategic retention activities. Leads any working groups convened to identify, develop, and implement retention strategies. Collaborates with all areas of the College to implement retention initiatives. Assists with institutionalization of retention practices and improvements. Provides college-wide updates on retention activities. Incorporates all institutional technology resources into comprehensive retention program to support and retain students, including the College’s CRM and Banner. Assists with CRM Retention Module implementation in Student Affairs and Academic Affairs. Engages students in a variety of student support services and activities to ensure persistence, retention, and progression towards graduation. Participates in an organized project management system to achieve the goals of the
PBI SUCCESS
Formula Grant. Maintains appropriate records and provides ongoing progress reports to the PBI Formula Grant SUCCESS Project Director. Participates in consultation and collaboration with external experts and consultants. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.
