Full Job Description Description Job Summary:

The IOP Program Services Implementation Specialist provides operational support to the IOP Program Services. The key responsibilities encompass providing overall support and operational guidance for the Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) both virtually and on site.

Essential Functions:

Managing the program’s schedule and ensuring that all sessions are running smoothly. Coordinating with staff to ensure that all necessary resources are available. Developing and implementing new IOP engagement initiatives. Promoting the program to the community Provide operational support for the facility’s intensive outpatient services. Effectively collaborates with other program directors, leadership teams, and community partners. Promote and develop a therapeutic environment for the success of program services within the OTP structure Assists to implement standardization to clinical practices and protocols around the program services Collaborate with all levels of the organization to lead project management meetings for the success of implementing program services Assist with researching State and Federal industry standards to better drive the business. Thinks outside the box, and acts as a change agent to promote additional program services to better serve our patients Travels, as needed, to the centers to implement new programs and oversee success Assist with project management oversight, and organization Develops reports and presentations, as needed, to be disseminated to organizational leaders to ensure that every center is achieving expected program services metrics. Implements continuous improvement plans at regular intervals. Evaluate both patient and stakeholder feedback. Identifying trends, and providing timely recommendations. Acts always in the best interest of the company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary rights of the company. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard the operations of the business. Coordinate and complete a series of interrelated operational assignments that support the strategic objective of New Season/CMG’s continued growth Work closely with sales & marketing staff to set strategies for promotions and expansion of the census/programs/services within the facilities Provide training and support to all program services Ability to perform other duties as required.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

Required Knowledge:

Knowledge of intensive outpatient programs (IOPs). Knowledge in project management functions including planning and implementing of various systems Experience Required 2+ years experience in behavioral health, specifically with IOP. Project management experience preferred.

Skill and Ability:

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to be self-directed and multi-task efficiently and effectively.
