  • Nashville, Tennessee Part time (30-35 hours / week)
    Possible travel What You Will Do Daily monitoring of team shared mailbox to ensure we are meeting the 24-hour response expectation
    Program Enrollment Management (Weekly): Working with HR on enrollment updates for all active programs, ensuring travel arrangements are made timely, processing class change requests, notification when classes are full, checking availability of participation by role, escalating exemption and extension requests weekly
    Logistics (Weekly): Setting up program group numbers for all in-person programs and regularly checking travel reports, tracking, and processing chargebacks for recruits and market-sponsored participants, arranging catering for all programs, finalizing welcome letters for all programs
    Program Materials (Weekly):
    Ordering program materials to be printed in a timely manner, after program assessment of re-stocking and binder / workbook updates
    Tracking and ordering program swag gifts, notebooks, pens, etc.

Tracking and stocking program snacks, thank you gifts, note cards and prizes
Program Prep (Daily):
Following up with all presenters in advance of each program on presentation changes, checking links and completing of OneNote workbook and presentation copies offered to participants, reviewing, and updating agendas when changes occur
Reviewing and updating presentations and activities to ensure they meet the team standards and client branding
Scheduling (Daily):
Following up with presenters to ensure Teams / calendar invite links and information are provided and working in advance of all virtual presentations
Checking in before and after the presentation to ensure updates are made timely and accurate presentations are available to participants
Scheduling regular feedback and brainstorming sessions with business partners for leadership programs
Feedback (Weekly):
Creation of surveys for all programs while in session and follow-up to ensure accurate feedback is being collected
Reviewing and consolidating feedback into a digestible format for identification of action items
Accounts Payable (Weekly):
Ensuring all invoices are received and processed in a timely manner
Processing NCC claims and approvals where appropriate Project Management (Monthly): As new projects roll out in 2025, helping to track progress and follow up per the new standard operating process for program development Questions Before You Apply?
