Demonstrated experience facilitating therapy groups (including process groups, psychoeducation, skills based) The Postpartum Den – Nashville, TN The Postpartum Den is seeking a licensed, experienced clinician to lead our maternal mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as Program Director. This is a leadership position offering high autonomy, clinical influence, and the opportunity to shape a program that fills a critical gap in care for new and expecting mothers.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all aspects of clinical programming for our perinatal IOP. Run groups and provide therapeutic support to clients navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, and related diagnoses. Build and supervise a small team of trusted clinicians (LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, LMFTs)-with the freedom to bring on colleagues you collaborate well with. Maintain program quality and alignment with evidence-based care standards. Collaborate directly with the founder and operations team

Requirements:
