- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams The Program Manager within the AMXL Supply Chain team is focused on the Direct Fulfillment program, is responsible for leading the DF-AMXL first mile operations.
This includes, owning the DEA for the program and drive initiatives to improve the operational processes to reduce defects and improve the customer experience. The key metrics to be owned as part of this role includes, DEA, Vendor on time shipping and aging orders. You will partner with AMXL Middle Mile Planning and Execution teams, XLSC operations & ACES to drive alignment and accountability on the key initiatives, that may include new vendor launches, new site launches, relocations, etc. You will also manage communication and reporting for DEA performance for the DF AMXL program with stakeholders and senior leadership team, providing clear visibility and escalation management.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the DEA performance for DF AMXL program that connects over 600 warehouses and 90+ delivery stations in NA.
- Analyze and identify key drivers for DEA misses and provide clear bridges for weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Own the implementation of process changes across DF Vendors, DF
SCOT, XLOC, XLSC
Ops that are aimed at improving the DF DEA and safety improvements.
- Improve the key metrics by forming cross-functional project teams and planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Write clear documents that clearly communicate DF first mile operational performance and initiatives to senior leadership
- Manage multiple initiatives and projects
- Investigate key inputs and outputs to resolve gaps between anecdotes and data.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
