Retail Program Manager 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN 37201 Job Purpose The Retail program is important as a tool of brand marketing direct to customer. With this position, dealer program should be planned, operated, and reviewed efficiently by communicating with our customers and managing vendors. This position is an essential role responsible for managing of the dealer program, customer data, and related reports. Key Accountabilities Manage and operate Hankook retail program, marketing fund, customer rebate program. Calculate quarterly and yearly payout for retail program, marketing fund program and rebate program. Develop customer support programs for all customers and consumers with diverse needs. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through past history review, customer and consumer requests and needs collection. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customers to better understand dealer program competitiveness and changes Contribute to improve a better program by analyzing competitors’ programs. Establish optimal distribution channel operations and mid- to long-term plans through channel analysis. Continuously enhance programs to improve results and efficiency in the future. Manage customer data. Create and manage reports. Other duties/responsibilities related jobs as assigned by Management.
