ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT

The Program Experience Supervisor helps with the execution of a program from the opening presentation to the final day. In addition, they are responsible for oversight of evening support team, adjuncts for intensives and evening programming, as well as supporting vision and ideas for improvements on non-clinical programming for both TN and CA. This role plays a vital part in planning for and executing a best-in-class client experience for our guests.

ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE

Oversee the Care Coordination Evening team including evening activities and additional ancillary services and provide solutions for ongoing improvements to our programming Oversee Onsite’s Adjuncts community including onboarding, scheduling, clinical matching and developing a strong, effective Adjunct bench of support Assist Program Director and Clinical Supervisors with administrative and logistics needs of programs AV Support of program lectures, support with post-program duties including documenting after care plans, replenishing supplies, etc. Organize and coordinate special requests from guides and participants in conjunction with Program Director, Guest Experience Coordinator and VP of Clinical Services And more…a complete job description can be provided at any point during the recruiting process.
