To find out more about what we do, visit www.ioi-tn.com We are currently seeking candidates for a Program Coordinator Position in our Jamestown, TN office. Program Coordinators manage a caseload of clients who receive varying levels of services through our agency. The position also requires supervising field support staff. Job functions include but are not limited to: Interviewing and supervising direct support staff Monitoring budgeted hours and staffing patterns Reviewing timesheets for accuracy Reviewing mileage reports for accuracy Reviewing receipts and expenses turned in by staff Coordinating services for supported individuals Completing home visits as required Interfacing with all team members involved in the needs of each individual Assuring all homes are in compliance with contract standards Acting as a resource and mentor for support staff

Requirements:

Two years experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred Ability to be on-call
