We value spiritual formation, meaningful worship, compassionate service, and nurturing relationships. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Program Director for our Childcare Program. We are licensed to serve 99 children aged 6 weeks through the fifth grade. There are approximately 25 childcare staff to supervise.

Interested candidates should possess:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, or over 10 years of proven leadership experience in a childcare setting. Ø Active member in a local church. Ø Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices. Ø Proven experience in managing staff and leading teams. Ø Familiarity with state licensing regulations and child safety standards. Ø Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ø Ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and church community.
