To find out more about what we do, visit www.ioi-tn.com We are currently seeking candidates for a Therap/Enabling Technology Coordinator to be based out of our Columbia, Nashville, or Cookeville Office. This is an hourly position that reports to the TN State Director. Job functions include but are not limited to: Managing and ensuring functionality of Therap Electronic Record System, including upgrades and security Providing training and support to end users, including Directors and Program Coordinators, on system use and enabling technology Developing and delivering effective individual or group training programs, using various instructional methods and teaching aids Monitoring system compliance, running reports, and notifying leadership of non-compliance or trends Analyzing data, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with leadership on system/process enhancements Conducting office visits, supporting quality objectives, and participating in audits, surveys, and meetings Assisting in developing Enabling Technology Plans (ETP) and working with vendors for implementation Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience with Therap Electronic Record Keeping System Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Human Services and two years related experience OR a High School Diploma and five years’ related experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
