This position is responsible for the organization, implementation, and coordination of all services related to the Summer Food Service Program. It is also responsible for the development, management, monitoring, and reporting of the Summer Food Service Program.•This Is A Seasonal Position/Not Eligible for Benefits•This position will begin May 27th and end August 1st 2025
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm•Extensive Background Check test is performed on applicants for this position with MAC.•
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Supervise summer food service program staffCoordinate sites’ community outreach efforts in order to increase participationSchedule Monitor’s visits and check Monitor’s reportMaintain time and attendance records for all staffConduct Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) training for site-based supervisorsTrain, supervise, and assist all staff to ensure complianceMaintain liaison with food service staff to adjust meal countsMaintain required paperwork for each site, including daily and weekly reportsFollow the program guidelines and regulationsTrain site personnel on program guidelines and ensure paperwork is submitted in a timely, accurate mannerPerform other duties as assigned
