PURPOSE OF POSITION
Oversee, coordinate and ensure execution of end-to-end NPI process across all customer accounts. Drive NPI PM Team to ensure customer approval on FAI racks in defined timelines. Ensure proper management of communication between corporate, customer and site to validate all necessary items and data for NPI are available prior to NPI builds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop work strategies to ensure NPI process is completed in defined timelines. Create framework of tools to help align NPI processes across customers. Ensure all supporting documentation and tools are available to meet expected milestones. Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and NPI Program Managers, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Build relationships with customers as escalation contact for QMN, supporting NPI Program Managers; collaborate/lead cross-functional teams at both QMN and QCI to resolve issues. Support the professional growth and development of NPI program managers and team members, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for advancement. Maintain and improve program management best practices, processes, and methodologies to optimize program performance and delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Process Engineering, Test, Quality and Production. Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying risks and issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and allocate resources effectively, balancing competing demands and priorities across multiple programs and projects. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the program management team and across the organization. Ensure personal compliance with the established work rules and procedures regarding performance, work, safety, etc. Ability to travel internationally to assist with customer and / or quality issues. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or equivalent. Masters degree preferred. Program Management Certification preferred. Knowledge of and experience with project scheduling techniques and software Minimum 5-7 years of program management experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Ability to distinguish between colors. Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities. Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally – travel required is minimal – less than 10%.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary program interface between the customer and internal CM teams (engineering (test & process), operations, fulfillment sales, quality, etc.) for all NPI-related activities. Drive program timelines, deliverables, and resource alignment across all functional areas. Collaborate with the customer’s NPI/engineering teams to define and validate requirements, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and BOM readiness. Coordinate material procurement, prototype builds, pilot production runs, and ramp-up planning. Manage change control processes, including configuration management. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule adherence, yield, and build readiness. Lead cross-functional program reviews (internally and with the customer). Identify program risks and lead mitigation and recovery plans. Ensure manufacturing process readiness, including tooling, test strategy, and quality controls. Support quotation and cost analysis efforts for NPI programs. Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned from each NPI launch.
