Essential Functions Leadership:

Strategic Consulting:

Program Oversight:

Standards & Execution:
Ensure adherence to common program management standards and operating models to guarantee robust execution and accelerated delivery of projects.
Reporting & Insights:
Develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes. Present to executives on risks, roadblocks, successes, and overall program health.
Financial Management:
Partner with finance to oversee project costing and valuation, ensuring financial targets are met. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence others, develop strategy, lead people, and drive executive level programs. Consulting experience or background preferred. Job Conditions This role requires some travel. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum Experience Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in program management in a business environment or strategy consulting with a demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions. Three (3) years of management experience in the last five (5) years required.
