As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with numerous different departments to assess training and program needs and then find appropriate program options to fill those needs not limited to staffing, timekeeping, shift assistance, house visits, and data tracking. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar coordinator role in behavioral health or healthcare, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask and switch priorities, as needed. This is a salaried position M – F, and some weekends if needed. Responsibilities Proficient timekeeping knowledge in accordance to employee time tracking and attendance Determine the best programs for each department based on their unique needs Assist management in implementing programs effectively Internal auditing for MARS, attendance, daily notes, and household deliverables Attend staffing meetings to assist Human Resources with placement Assist Human Resources with staffing for various company vacancies Administrative support to various business functions not limited to payroll, DSP support, quality assurance, appointment setting and heavy calendar management Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite The ability to work well independently and within a team Keen attention to detail High capacity for functional business competency Valid driver’s license and car insurance Flexible; Can work weekends if needed
