Program Coordinator – Global Support Position Available In Shelby, Tennessee

Job Description This resource will be responsible for but not limited to the following; Developing a global platform for resource adapted child cancer treatment and care. The goal of the project collaboration is to develop safe, effective and trusted cancer treatment guidance for use in all treatment settings. Support the development and standardization of new project adapted management guidelines (AMGs) through collaboration with the client division transversal and regional units as well as global partners such as International partners. Perform medical writing and editing for the guidelines at each interval of development. Cancer-based terminology preferred. Templates for AMG development will be provided. Maintains repositories for all draft AMGs and documents related to AMG development (publications, reference articles, etc.) Structure for AMG storage and development will be provided. (MS 365) Simultaneously editing content from different contributors across disciplines for separate AMGs. Review and edit guideline documents based on feedback and comments from representative panels. Editing content from ESL writers. Synthesizes and standardize previously written AMGs for continuity across disease groups. Will coordinate AMG development meetings with multiple stakeholders (could be multiple meetings per week) Takes minutes, makes note of changes to AMGs and utilizes version control Provides updated, edited document to panel members prior to meetings for review Project team and external authors. Develops consensus guides to address and resolve disagreement. Will make edits to AMGs following Representative Panel meetings. Support implementation of guidelines into the Project Guide web environment. The Program Manager will provide support to the contractor for Orientation and will review.
