Job Description
The Office of Regional Centers and Online Programs is seeking qualified applicants for the Strategic Partnership Coordinator position at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Responsibilities

    Partnership Development:

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with K-12 schools, community colleges, and other organizations to expand educational opportunities.

      Strategic Planning:

      Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with university goals.

        Funding Acquisition:

        Identify and secure grant funding to support dual enrollment, K-12 partnerships, and workforce programs.

          Program Management:

          Oversee the coordination and implementation of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.

            Data Analysis and Reporting:

            Utilize data analytics to assess program performance and provide reports to stakeholders.

              Liaison and Representation:

              Serve as a liaison between university departments and external partners and represent the organization on relevant committees.
              Qualifications

              • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
              • Experience in partnership development, program management, or higher education administration.
              • Ability to identify and secure grant funding.
              • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
              • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
              • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
              • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including budget management and data-driven decision-making.
              • Proven experience in securing, managing, and administering grants and external funding sources.
              • Strong understanding of the operations, policies, and regulatory frameworks of the Tennessee Department of Education.
