Position Overview:
The New Project Launch Coordinator will oversee and support the smooth and successful launch of new products or initiatives. The coordinator will manage the launch process from planning to execution, coordinating with various teams, ensuring all aspects are aligned, and keeping stakeholders informed. This role involves a unique blend of strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

BOM creation and validation for all customers required sale items for model year changes or launch related planningSupport material planning for pre-series builds eventsLead coverage analysis for all pre-series builds eventsCoordinate production scheduling for all pre-series builds eventsPerform failure mode analysisSupport global team in material management/build coordinationManagement/oversight of plant engineering change control with local Engineering (including E/Q level coordination with Quality and shop floor)Supplier demand management- PO creation, EDI release support, etc.
Coordinate manufacturing engineering and quality engineering activities for new programsCoordinate the packaging of the finished product in support of the programProvide problem solving support to the production linesSupport the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events and VA/VE activitiesCoordinate the industrialization of tools into the plant operationProvide follow-up to purchase orders for production components, tools and equipmentSupport the design and development of the PFMEA, Control Plan and Flow ChartSchedule and provide follow-up to pre-launch trial runsProvide support to the pre-production area and external vendors as required[]{style=”fon”}
