Duties – Project /Practice Management 1. Provide project management, project development and engineering oversight from project conception throughmissioning and startup. Projects will be in support of LSB production facilities including the development of low carbon nitrogen options. This includes driving the facilities for success as either the most cost-efficient operator or producing the highest quality product in all units (ammonia, nitric acid, urea, sulfuric acid, ammonium nitrate and carbon dioxide.) 2. Champion projects with themercial team and be the one-source of information related to project economics. 3. Lead the technical interface between the project, operations, maintenance, and EH&S groups to insure all operational and regulatory requirements are incorporated into any project design. 4. Have a working level knowledge of LSBs plant processes and understand how the projects will interface with the existing units. 5. Develop, maintain and track details to ensure that a project schedule is updated and accurate to the level of available information for all project meetings and contractor discussions. 6. Develop and manage engineering and construction budgets to support the project milestones. 7. Manage engineering and construction contractors, as well as, equipment vendors in support projects. 8. Responsible for insuring “Lessons Learned” from previous development efforts are incorporated into current and future project efforts. 9. Participate in a variety of budget, status, and management team meetings, to provide input and resolve issues. 10. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. 11. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. improve the project management process and update standards and procedures, and periodically trains engineers and new project managers. 12. Prepares for LSB leadership phase gate reviews and ads to LSB project phase gate process. 13. Minimizes our exposure and project risk by developing and monitoring risk register and ensure risks are appropriately addressed throughout project development, detail design, estimating, and execution. 14. Ensures project documents areplete, current, and stored appropriately. Highly Functional in the following areas: Project Accounting

Qualifications
A desire to drive plant operations to optimum performance through disciplined project management.
Supports business project development frommercial opportunities,
Creates clear project deliverables, develops project scopes and creates and executes project work plans.
BS Engineering degree from an Accredited Engineering program a requirement.
Advanced degrees as well as professional registrations (PE, PMP, PMI, etc.) are a plus. Accreditation in AACE international estimating practices a plus.
Knowledge of applicable codes and industry regulations for natural gas facilities (ASME piping code, ASME Section

VIII, NEC

electric code, etc. )
Knowledge of large scale capital projects
Demonstrated performance inpleting plant projects successfully on time and on budget within an operating production facility.
Experience in all facets of project disciplines (instrumentation, electrical, piping, civil, structural, rotating and static equipment).
Ability to use project scheduling software, MS Office, SAP, Thermal Design, AutoCad, Cad Works SolidWorks, other similar industry software programs.
Minimum 15 years of operatingpany experience (project and operations), preferably with experience with nitrogen-based production facilities. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of project experience is required.

Ability to work within stringent deadlines.
Able to manage multiple projects and pivot as necessary if priorities are shifted.
Able to work with minor supervision and make independent decisions.
