Position Overview In this role, you will support Project Managers by assisting with report preparation, daily communications, project documentation, and maintaining budgets and schedules. Key tasks will include delivering reports to the Owner, identifying and resolving potential issues, and ensuring that all work is accurate and meets project requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing reports and managing project documentation under supervision. Support project teams with knowledge of construction documents and details. Communicate daily with the project team and stakeholders. Update project document control systems in a timely manner. Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals. Deliver weekly and monthly control reports to stakeholders. Identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Ensure all work meets project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Building Sciences, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture. Professional licensure (RA, PE, CCM, CFM, PMP) is a plus. 4-6 years of relevant construction experience, with field and office knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Bluebeam. Detail-oriented self-starter with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Proven interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
