Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Technical Assistant to join our team of Project Managers Office in Geneva, who will oversee maintenance work packages and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery on time. Your role
Maintenance work packages administration
Efficiently review, scan, and repackage work packages, ensuring they meet Jet Aviation’s high-quality standards, and transfer them to shipping team for timely processing and shipment.
Monitor internal Turn Around Time and ensure that it’s sticks or exceed objectives determined annually, define and coordinate corrective action when required.
Send scanned maintenance package to

CMP/CAMP

analyst and customer’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Office.
Aftermarket support to customer and project manager
Establish clear communication with customers post-shipment, providing updates on delivery progress.
Address and coordinate any work packages adjustments requested by customers or Project Managers.
Technical and administrative assistance to project manager teams
Maintain up-to-date records of rejected aircraft slots.
Handle the creation of Sales Force projects for “Drop-In” requests
Provide administrative support to Project Managers for customer requests ensuring smooth operations and efficient follow-up.
Manage office supplies for the PMO and Technical Assistant team.
Process improvement and optimization
Actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing actions to increase efficiency, streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Your profile
At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical administrative position.
Technical knowledge of aviation would be an asset.
Strong ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with ever-changing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with excellent initiative and the ability to work independently.
A team-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to different situations.
Calmness under pressure and the ability.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Fluency in English (French is an asset).
