POSITION OVERVIEW

The Installation Project Manager will serve as a customer advocate, as well as providing accurate documentation for quality control and quality assurance. This position will provide excellent service to the team by coordinating paperwork, equipment, and accessories for the installation team. This position will also support the work of the Department Manager(s) and/or General Managers to ensure that all work is performed correctly and up to company standards.

Requirements:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management experience Review incoming paperwork for all sold jobs to ensure the installation teams have the needed equipment, tools and material needed to provide a 5-star experience to the customer. Assign PO and order equipment and parts. Complete installers pay sheet. Distribute to Manager for signature. Complete SRM/CA commission report. Distribute to Manager for signature. Complete gross margin report. Distribute to the General Manager for signature. Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment. Proven experience as a Department Leader or similar executive role
