The Programme Management and Commercial Management (PMCM) team is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide strategic advisory services to clients in the water & energy sector. This role focuses on establishingand optimising programme management approaches for large scale capital investments. You will work closely with the clients to leverageyour: Expertise in managing benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes: This includes ensuring financial efficiency and value. Additionally, you will need strong skills in managing projects and programmes from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. Development and Stakeholder Engagement:
This involves proactively identifying and resolving conflicts through independent research while developing innovative strategies that align project goals with stakeholder expectations, ensuring a collaborative and successful project environment.
Risk management and proactive negotiation:
This includes assessing risks, providing recommendations, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and empower team success. Your risk management expertise will support informed decisions and team empowerment The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications: Strong programme/projectmanagement, PMO/or commercial acumen Experience in water, energy, resource sector considered highly favourable Hold a relevant professional qualification or charted status considered highly favourable Minimum of 5-10 years of related work experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job Experience of programme management tools (i.e. PowerBI, P6, Oracle, Microsoft Suite) Why join us?
