Electrical Construction Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the electrical construction industry . The ideal candidate must have 10 to 15 years of hands-on electrical experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role . Familiarity with Procore and TouchPlan software is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Utilize Procore and TouchPlan to track project progress, documentation, and communication. Review and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy. Maintain strict adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. Generate progress reports and provide consistent updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot on-site issues and collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve them efficiently.
Requirements:
10-15 years of electrical field experience. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry. Proficiency with Procore and TouchPlan software is required. Strong blueprint reading and specification interpretation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
