Essnova is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our OASIS+ contract with flexibility to manage other contracts as the workload allows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive management and coordination of the contract, ensuring that all program activities align with the high standards required by government and GSA specific directives. This crucial role serves as the primary liaison between the Essnova team and OASIS+ contracting personnel, enhancing our delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. The Project Manager will focus on operational excellence and strategic management to meet government IT procurement needs effectively.
Project Management:
Manage and oversee relationships with subcontractors Serve as the Corporate OASIS+ Project Manager(COPM), who is the primary point of contact between Essnova and the OASIS+ contracting officers. Oversee the OASIS+ Program for Essnova, including order processing, customer support, and contract modifications. Monitor GSA eBuy for task order opportunities. Promote the use of the OASIS+ vehicle to customer agencies, partnering with Essnova’s business development team. Oversee the internal bid/no-bid process for AOASIS+ opportunities. Ensure compliance with all OASIS+ master contractual and program requirements, including Section F (deliverables) and Section G (administration and reporting) Ensure proposals comply with OASIS+ rules (CAF inclusion, labor category mapping, proper
CLIN/NAICS
application, etc.). Coordinate regular meetings with the OASIS+ contracting officers to review contract status and discuss improvements. Serve as liaison between OASIS+ contracting officers and any subcontractors, staying involved at every step in the process. Participate in Business Development as the role aligns with new opportunities Organize and participate in mandatory annual program management review (PMR) meetings Prepare for compliance assessments and respond to Contract Compliance Analysts (CCA) during contract reviews. Monitor for potential dormant status or off-ramping risks and proactively mitigate. Disseminate GSA communications and updates to internal and partner stakeholders.
Contract Oversight:
Monitor contract performance to ensure that services are delivered in line with scope and quality standards. Validate orders to confirm authorization, pricing, and compliance with contract terms. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure fulfillment of all requirements. Oversee timely and accurate reporting to GSA systems, including Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), eSRS, and FSRS. Submit Contractor Self-Assessments (CSA) annually. Oversee timely CAF payments and invoice reporting through SRP and pay.gov. Respond to OASIS+ Program requests in a timely manner Respond to OASIS+ customer issues in a timely manner and ensure an adequate resolution has been reached Ensure internal and partner team members are trained on OASIS+ task order processes.
Customer and Technical Support:
Provide direct support to customers by offering timely and accurate sales quotes and dispatching ordering guides. Ensure availability of up-to-date technical specifications and configuration analysis to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve task order-related issues. Maintain Essnova’s registrations in Symphony, GSA Vendor Support Center (VSC), GSA eBuy, FedConnect, GSA ASSIST, and SAM.gov. Manage electronic transmission of business documents in accordance with established procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in project management, particularly in government

contracts with experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager for a federal contract exceeding $10M. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and requirements. Proficiency in electronic document management and web-based tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., PMP or CFCM) is preferred. Knowledge of Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Plan requirements is a plus.
Work Conditions:
Must be available for occasional travel to attend training sessions and meetings. Hours are 8:00A CST to 4:30P CST, this is a remote role
