Leadership Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction, design/build, A/E, space & facilities projects. Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and project documentation. Lead site inspections, QA/QC, and daily reporting. Administer budgets, contract changes, and schedule tracking. Conduct project meetings, track progress, and resolve site issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, Architecture (or 15+ yrs experience). 7+ yrs managing facility construction (mechanical, interiors, renovations, fit-outs). Experience with healthcare projects preferred. Strong in reading construction docs, team coordination, and project oversight.
