Compensation:

$85,000 – $105,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead new home construction projects from planning to completion
Oversee subcontractors, job site safety, quality control, and schedules
Monitor and proactively manage timelines and performance issues
Represent the company during customer meetings and walkthroughs
Ensure compliance with safety codes and maintain OSHA-compliant sites
Finalize homes and punch list items prior to closing
Report to management and adapt quickly to changing priorities What You’ll Need to be

Be able to do the job as described
Knowledge of government and industry specifications for homebuilding
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to operate in a field-based, fast-paced environment
