Job Description :

As anProject Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure ourabove ground pool installations are scheduled and installedsuccessfully. That will be your core responsibility and your numberone priority. From there you will oversee a small support teamthat’s dedicated to helping you achieve that goal. In addition,you’ll collaborate with customers and installers to help solvedaily service and installation challenges, while working to enhancethe effectiveness, efficiency, and overall success of ourinstallers. You will also work with our existing departmentalperformance reports, coordinate with our parts and shippingdistributors to maintain and possibly improve shipping accuracy andefficiency, and work to improve the overall success of the serviceand installation department.

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum of5-years of verifiable business or residential construction projectmanagement experience (REQUIRED) Must have enough brain powerand/or general construction knowledge to be able to pass multiplestates contractor’s license exams (REQUIRED) Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completions(REQUIRED) Above-Ground or In-Ground pool experience is a real plusbut not required Technical knowledge of an above ground poolinstallation and the ability to troubleshoot any installation orpost installation service issues is a plus but not required Averifiable track record of project management success (REQUIRED)Able to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches with ourvalued customers, staff, and installers (REQUIRED) You will reallyneed to be organized at this position. There are a lot of movingparts that can be tamed with legitimate organization skills andpractices.
