Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Residential Construction Superintendent with at least 3 years of experience to oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for custom homes in the $1-2 million range. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews. Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards in accordance with project specifications and design intent. Collaborate closely with internal architects, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth communication. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Manage schedules, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency. Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in residential construction. Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
