To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical) and possess 10 or moreyears of project-management experience in the oil and energyindustry. You must have substantial cost-tracking and forecastingexperience, and a demonstrated history of detailed scheduling andmilestone tracking. A working knowledge of and background in allphases of initiation, engineering, and construction is essential.
FERC 7C experience is highly desired. You should work well withteams and possess excellent communications skills, in order tointeract effectively with all levels of the organization.
