What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan, direct, and implement IT projects and programs in alignment with business goals
Guide project teams using best practices to deliver successful outcomes
Analyze technical and business processes to implement improvements
Provide regular project updates to management and governing bodies
Manage risks, issues, and ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and train teams on project management methodologies What You’ll Need to be
Considered:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
Ability to obtain a PMP within a year of employment.
At least 4 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly medium to large-scale initiatives
Proficiency in project management tools and processes
Strong communication skills to create positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ability to analyze business and technical processes to drive project improvements
