  • Job Description As a Land Coordinator working for Stone Martin Builders you will provide administrative and coordination support to the COO, working with 3rd Party Engineers to assist with timely delivery of projects by preparing and administering contracts, tracking and processing invoices, maintaining project files, and preparing project packets for subdivision release with production as well as facilitating Homeowners Associations with the Legal Department, and coordinating interdepartmentally as needed.

Key Responsibilities Track and process land acquisition contracts Track and process development contracts Track and process invoices Assist with the tracking of project budgets and schedules Manage department files Review and process HOA formation and function paperwork Assist with the establishment of new projects Communicate project updates to upper leadership on an as-needed basis Maintain contact with all 3rd party engineers to stay updated on project development timelines. Retrieve relevant community files from 3rd party engineers Drive to communities as needed Assist in coordinating permitting new developments, hardscape, and amenities. Including electric meters and irrigation meter setup. Responsible for compiling release documents once neighborhood acceptance has been obtained. Assist in setting up ADEM for new projects, monitoring and disseminating reports for ongoing maintenance, and closing out completed neighborhoods.
