Hourly + Commission Opportunities (Upsells, Reviews) Position Summary The Field Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality experience for every customer after a job is sold. This person takes over once the agreement is signed , acting as the main point of contact for the homeowner throughout the life of the project. They ensure that the job runs smoothly, materials and crews are properly coordinated, issues are handled quickly, and the customer stays informed and confident every step of the way. This is a hands-on, field-based position that blends project oversight, customer service, job site presence, and logistical coordination . The ideal candidate is organized, confident with people, and unafraid to jump in and make a Home Depot run if that’s what the job needs. Key Responsibilities Pre-Production & Customer Onboarding Contact the customer shortly after job is signed to introduce yourself and explain the process Assist customer with decisions on materials, colors, upgrades, or questions Perform a pre-job inspection , taking comprehensive photos of the property and identifying any concerns or preparation needs Upload details and photos into the company’s workflow management software Job Oversight & Field Management Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project Coordinate schedules with roofing crews, dumpster services, material deliveries , and any specialty contractors Be on-site multiple times per day during active work to monitor progress, handle issues, and update the homeowner Make supply runs to Home Depot, Lowe’s, or local vendors as needed to keep the job moving Return excess material and ensure job site is clean and complete at the end Post-Job & Follow-Up Conduct a final walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Ask for a review and assist the customer with the review process if needed Confirm all outstanding balances are collected (if not already done by the sales team) Mark job complete in internal systems and ensure all documentation is closed out Ongoing Maintenance & Upselling Perform maintenance contract inspections , including photo documentation and reporting Identify and offer upgrades or additional services during project kickoff inspections or walkthroughs (e.g., upgraded vents, gutter guards, etc.) Earn commission for qualifying upsells Requirements Prior experience in roofing, construction, or project coordination strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills – able to manage many moving parts and speak confidently with homeowners and crews Must be comfortable in the field and capable of being on roofs or ladders when necessary (training provided) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to work early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends based on job schedules Tech capable – must be comfortable using tablets, phones, and apps to document progress and update records Compensation Hourly rate depending on experience Commission on upsells and bonuses for 5-star customer reviews Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided for job-related travel Why Join Us?
